These menu and food truck designs were created for a collaboration with senior Conscious Cuisine culinary students at Johnson & Wales University. Myself and two other design students from my junior Design Solutions Team course were paired up with a group of six culinary students for this one-week design challenge. The culinary team provided my team with the restaurant theme, menu items, and overall design concept. It was up to us to design the restaurant’s branding, menu, and food truck. The final designs were presented to distinguished guests of the university’s faculty at the pop-up’s “Chef’s Table”. It was an honor presenting to the Assistant Dean of The School of Engineering & Design and the Dean of Hospitality.
