The Bistro Box is a small road-side American style restaurant located in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. The current restaurant is only open seasonally with outdoor seating. As a local success, for the restaurant’s re-brand I thought it would be a smart move to expand the restaurant to a year round restaurant/bar in downtown Great Barrington. The new branding and menu designs are a much fresher fit for the new younger target audience.
